Halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant for modifying PA6/PA66/PPA, Deflamer®️ LFR-5009
Low corrosion to screws, UL 94 V0(0.4mm),low mould deposites
White powder, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migratory, higher thermostability; it is mainly used for modifying nylon (PA6 and PA66, PPA).
Application
1.Compliance with ROHS and REACH requirements.
2.Mainly used for nylon (PA6 and PA66, PPA).
3.Higher thermostability and processability than general nitrogen-based flame retardant.
4.Low smoke during process that can greatly reduce the corrosive gas to make sure lower corrosion to screws.
5.Under high temperature and humidity, finished products with LFR-5009 has stable properties, no blooming. Longstanding injection molding with low deposite and sticky.
6.Finished product with LFR-5009 is recyclable.
