Melt index tester
Melt index meter is an extrusion type plastometer. It is to use a high-temperature heating furnace to achieve a molten state of the measured object under specified temperature conditions. The tested object in this molten state is subjected to extrusion tests through small holes of a certain diameter under the specified weight load and gravity.
Impact strength tester
The principle of an impact tester is to use impact force to strike a standard sample, and then measure the degree of deformation and damage of the sample, in order to obtain the impact resistance performance of the material.
Tensile testing
The measurement principle of a tensile tester is to use a mechanical device called stretching force to stretch an object, measure its deformation, and calculate its tensile strength.
