    LFR-3001, novel additive non-halogen flame retardant, low viscosity, transparent liquid, miscible with water and organic solvent, widely applied in different materials, high P content enables fire proof, high flame retardancy performance.

    Applications

        LFR-3001 is an all-purpose Non halogen, phosphate-based flame retardant. It is recommended for polyurethane resins, unsaturated poly ester resins, epoxy resins, and phenolic resins, polyolefin resins , poly styrene resins, poly amide resins, poly ester resins, poly phenol oxide resins, PVC, ploy acrylic resins, superiority is demonstrated in excellent UV stability, low temperature plasticizer effect as well as the flame retardancy.

        When used in polyurethane rigid foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in excellent stability, longer storage time, easy to apply. The formulated product has good resistance to hydrolysis and high flame retardancy. For polyurethane foams, it can easily meet the standards such as California TB 117, FMVSS 302, UL 94 HF-1, BS 5852 Crib 5, DIN 75200 and CSE RF4 Class 1.

        It is not the Chemical Weapons Convention listed chemicals and can perform similar flame retardancy with Non-halogen flame retardant DMMP.

        It can be used as intermediate for organic synthesis as well as rare metal extractant.

        It can be used as flame retardant in Lithium-ion battery electrolyte.
