Applied to high-content glass fibre reinforced nylon (PA12, PA6 & PA66 etc.) with balanced flame retardancy, mechanical and electrical properties.
In PA6 or PA66 with 30% glass fibre, UL94-V0 (0.4mm) is reachable with dosage at 15-20%, by different polymer grades, process conditions and glass fibre content.
Moisture of polyamides ＜0.1% by weight and processing temperature ＜290℃ are proposed during process.
Flame retardant LFR-5008 offers outstanding sustainability advantages, supporting recycling.
